We have, for over 30 years, been building, maintaining, repairing, refurbishing properties in the commercial, industrial, retail, office, education and residential sectors.

With over 100 years of experience in our team, we pride ourselves on dealing with every customer, and every job, large or small, in the same way we would like to be treated ourselves.

Our Experience

We have been looking after all kinds of properties across South-east England since 1993

From schools to laboratories, offices to mansion blocks, factories to showrooms, we construct, maintain and improve the buildings and services within them.

Our Primary Activities are

Preventative Maintenance

We provide planned preventative maintenance contracts to customers all over South-east England, as well as carrying out ad hoc repairs and damage control on sites we do not maintain.

We currently deal with sites from Manchester to Southampton, Bristol to Ipswich, and everywhere in between.

We provide a manned 24-hour callout service to all maintenance customers and look to attend within two hours to every emergency, large or small.

Installation & Refurbishment

Whether it’s air conditioning or heating, partitioning or painting and decorating, grounds maintenance or roof works, we can handle it in-house or with our network of vetted specialist contractors.

Principal Contractors

Using our own, comprehensive trained engineers, and vast database of specialist contractors from a few hundred pounds to several million.

Energy Management

Surveys and advice on better energy usage and control, from lighting changes to swapping out inefficient and wasteful equipment, more cost effective and easier to understand control systems.

Using our own comprehensively trained engineers, and vast database of specialist contractors, we have completed hundreds of contracts ranging from a few thousand pounds to several million.
